About These Terms

Welcome to Robinson Co. Enterprises, a website located at robinsoncoenterprises.com, which may include managed subdomains (collectively the “Site”) and operated by Robinson Co. Enterprises LLC (“Robinson Co. Enterprises”, “us”, “our”, and “we”). Robinson Co. Enterprises LLC provides the Site and services provided through the Site (“Services”) including connecting businesses with independent consulting experts (“Platform”).

These Terms of Service, along with our Dispute Procedures, Non-Circumvention Policy, Standard Proposal Terms, and Community Guidelines (collectively, the “Terms”), establish the legally binding terms for your use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you are agreeing to these Terms and representing that you have the necessary right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree with all the provisions of these Terms, please do not access and/or use the Services. You may not access or use the Services or accept the Terms if you are not at least 18 years old.

Privacy Policy

Robinson Co. Enterprises LLC respects users’ privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information related to your privacy. By accessing or using the Service, you are indicating your agreement to this Privacy Policy.

Types of Users

“The User,” “You,” and “Your” refer to the person, company, or organization (including any employee of such company or organization) that has visited or is using the Site and/or the Service. A User may be a Client, Consultant, both, or none, depending on the context of its use within these Terms.

“Consultant” refers to users of the Platform, whether an individual or business that offers to provide freelance marketing services to Clients (“Consulting Services”). Consultants are not employees or agents of Robinson Co. Enterprises LLC.

“Client” refers to users of the Platform, whether an individual or business that requests and/or purchases Consulting Services from a Consultant.

Independent Contractor Status

The relationship between the Consultant and the Client will be that of an independent contractor and not that of an employee. The Consultant will be solely responsible for determining the method, details, and means of performing the Consulting Services within the scope defined in the Proposal. The Consultant will have full responsibility for applicable withholding taxes for all compensation paid to the Consultant under a Proposal.

Payment Terms and Transactions

Payment Process. Payment for the Consulting Services will be processed according to the schedule set forth in the Proposal and the Proposal Terms. Robinson Co. Enterprises LLC will have the right to charge the Client’s credit card, bank account, or PayPal account for the full amount of the agreed-upon fee, in addition to Robinson Co.’s processing fee, if applicable. Changes to pricing or payment terms will become effective in the billing cycle following notice of such changes.

Payment Information; Taxes. All information provided by the Client in connection with a purchase or transaction must be accurate, complete, and current. The Client agrees to pay all charges incurred using their payment method. The Client will pay applicable taxes related to any purchases or transactions.

Responsibility for Payment. The Client is responsible for all fees, including taxes, associated with the use of the Service. The Client must keep current payment information on file with Robinson Co. Enterprises LLC.

Notification of Payment. Robinson Co. Enterprises LLC will email the Client a receipt when their card has been charged. If the card cannot be charged, access to the Services may be suspended until card information is updated. Robinson Co. Enterprises LLC may terminate a Client’s Account for failure to make payments.

Chargebacks. In case of a dispute concerning any payment transaction, the Client should contact the billing department. Chargebacks may result in termination of the Client’s Account.

Consultants

Consultants are independent professionals who offer to perform Consulting Services for prospective Clients. They are not employees of Robinson Co. Enterprises LLC.

Consultant Responsibilities. Consultants are responsible for ensuring that any information posted on the Platform fully complies with all applicable laws. Consultants must have appropriate rights and licenses for all work created for a Client.

Payments to Consultants. Robinson Co. Enterprises LLC facilitates payments from Clients to Consultants through a third-party payment provider. Consultants determine the price of Consulting Services and factor in the transaction fee. Consultants are responsible for keeping their Accounts and profiles up-to-date.

Site Content

The Site may provide informational and educational content. All content is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon to make decisions.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be governed by Robinson Co. Enterprises LLC’s Dispute Resolution Procedures.

General

Changes to Terms. These Terms are subject to occasional revision, and any substantial changes will be effective 30 days after posting such notice.
